Getting Started

1) Start now with a free session!

2) New members will start in a small group setting where they will focus on skills. These classes are a brief introduction to the nine functional CrossFit movements which will be constantly developed throughout the athlete’s training program. The skill classes ensure the member¬†both understands and feels comfortable with the movements before they begin training with a larger group.

3) RICF also offers one on one sessions if the athelete prefers to learn the skills and movements solely with a coach.

4) AT RICF, we will also help the athletes choose the membership package that best suits their schedules and meets their fitness demands.
