2) New members will start in a small group setting where they will focus on skills. These classes are a brief introduction to the nine functional CrossFit movements which will be constantly developed throughout the athlete’s training program. The skill classes ensure the member both understands and feels comfortable with the movements before they begin training with a larger group.
3) RICF also offers one on one sessions if the athelete prefers to learn the skills and movements solely with a coach.
4) AT RICF, we will also help the athletes choose the membership package that best suits their schedules and meets their fitness demands.
